Away but arms as stay

@Chorale1953  Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. I was able to locate your account based off of the email address that you used for the forum. I had one of our technical folks take a look at your account and noticed that it seems when you utilize the keyfob to arm it is placing it in "stay" mode which is what is triggering the alarm when you enter the home. One of the buttons on the keyfob may be stuck or just not working correctly anymore. We also performed a full reboot of your system which may have taken care of the issue, however, would appreciate if you could check it. Looks like if you arm from the keypad or via the app it all works as should. Would you please check and let me know? Also, we do not have replacements for the keyfob as we stopped carrying them due to this type of issue and also, anyone that has possession of the keyfob can utilize it to disarm your home.
