Apple Watch 6 live video and arming system not working

I am only able to lock and unlock my front door from the watch. It shows where you can view live feed and set or disarm the system but those won’t work.  The live feed just spins and under the system it doesn’t show stay, away, or instant. I have tried the whole remember me login thing and it still doesn’t work
