A little more information might be helpful. That phone is very old. And if it's not an AT&T branded active, you won't get Wi-Fi calling. It also has to have all of the current updates or it won't work on AT&T.
i've used wifi calling on this phone for over a year now, within the last week ,it turned off the wifi calling and now wont turn it on. its an active 8 that i bought from at&t store
