WIFI calling on Galaxy S5 not working at home
I activated WIFI calling successfully after 6.0.1 update. However, it took me a long time to get WIFI calling actually work at home, after a few resets (network reset, factory reset). Then I got to my work place, I connected to ATT WIFI hotspot and WIFI calling came on immediately. Then when I tried again at home, WIFI calling no longer worked. It still works right away when I connect to ATT WIFI hotspot.
What would prevent WIFI calling from working in my home network?
FYI:
The way I tested WIFI calling was turn on airplane mode and then turn on WIFI.
Also my ISP is Frontier FIOS and it is a 50Mbs service. WIFI signal strength was at max. I will try WIFI calling at some non ATT hotspot to see what happens when I have time.

Here are some great things to check with your ISP! An issue with any of these could be generating the problems you’ve been having!

Thank you. Opening UDP ports 500 and 4500 is exactly what I need. The firewall rule in my router is set to maximum security and all outbound traffic to any port other than those default well known ports are denied.
A question: are UDP ports 500 & 4500 standard WIFI-Calling ports?
