Why are people who are in my address book and even my favorites list on my iPhone still are being blocked by this active armor app?
This app keeps blocking people who are valid numbers and are also listed in my address book and some are even in my favorites list! How do I get it to stop blocking valid numbers? I am going to have to turn it off for now because no one can reach me and there’s no way to add a number to the approval list in this app so it stops blocking everyone!!!

Having your contacts blocked by ActiveArmor is certainly frustrating, marlos_creations!
There is an action that you can take which can help resolve your experience. Aside from disabling the app, setting Unknown Callers to Allow can allow your contacts to ring through so that you won't miss another call from anyone stored in your address book.
Depending on the operating system of your phone (iOS or Android) you can find additional troubleshooting steps under INSTRUCTIONS & INFO when you visit Fix AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app issues.
Try this and let us know how it goes. If you're unable to receive calls from recipients in your contacts list there is an additional action we can take on our end.
