I work at Miamisburg Municipal Court, and we have noticed that when we call an individual's phone from our business/Land Line phones that our number appears as "WC SPAM RISK" on the caller ID of individuals with ATT Service. When this happens people do not want to answer their phones due to "SPAM RISK". My goal is to stop that message from appearing and replace "WC SPAM RISK" with our business name/number. How can I achieve this goal?
This problem was reported to our vendor and they had our carrier (Windstream) "whitelist" our numbers, but I was told that I would have to request this service for cell phone carriers as well.
