Where to Voice "OUR" Complaints

Who can we voice our complaints to be heard by AT&T? I want the Samsung feature, Call and Text on other devices Enabled by AT&T. its such (Edited per community guidelines) that they block that feature. You see these features advertised by Samsung, but you don't see that its blocked when you sign up. Is there a higher up associate we can email and call to be heard rather than a CSR???

So Emily, that only took 4 months to receive this check,  so now on to part 2 of the AT&T saga. You are probably in a different department, however you may want to pass this on to your cronies. Back in October we responded to a promotion that offered 2 free phones if you turn in your old phone. We walked in to the dealer, AT&T store oak harbour, and showed them our phones and told them we would like to take them up on the free phone offer. The manager looked at the phones , said they qualified and we were to place them in the provided envelope and mail them into AT&T. He would take care of everything Else.  It turns out the phones are NOT free, in accordance with the small print. There are small print laws however. Our phones were deemed to only be worth 50% of the value of the trade in new phones, After the fact.  This small bit of information seemed to have even slipped by your  representative  AT&T manager Oak harbor.. I would do backflips if I could go back in time and recover my 30 day old  iPhone 7 I traded in instead of having this piece of crap Android phone that is constantly faltering and giving me nothing but grief.  I have contacted AT&T on numerous occasions and they will not falter. They are insistent that I will not get the phone for free. They are throwing the AT&T store manager under the bus. I would certainly think it would be to AT&T's advantage to return our money for these free phones adversed to the negative publicity that's going to arise from this situation. (Channel 5 news consumer advocate, BBB and the Attorney General to name a few) . How do you think it's gonna look when a veteran has been scammed by a large corporate conglomeration? Just a hunch, but I think the negative publicity would far outweigh the money that I am requesting to be returned.

Here in Frisco, TX,  your landline and internet are buried underground by contractors, not AT&T employees.  They REGULARLY screw up your service by cutting/damaging the line.  Now ...this is NOT while working on YOUR residence!  It's while working on a NEIGHBOR's home!!  If I hadn't raised holy you know what, I would have been without a landline, Internet or TV for 4 days!  How do I provide feedback re: the absolute fear my entire neighborhood experiences when they notice an above ground cable awaiting burial?
