When i download the call protect app, not getting pin code to verify

When i download the call protect app, not getting pin code to verify. have deleted & reinstalled the app numerous times

We can definitely take a closer look into why you're unable to complete the verification process for the AT&T Call Protect app on your wireless device. Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:


1. Delete AT&T Call Protect from your wireless device.

2. Sign in to your account on our website.

3. Remove the Call Protect app from your account by clicking on myAT&T at the top of the page>My Wireless>Manage Device & Features.

4. Click on AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect and uncheck this to make the changes.

5. Reinstall AT&T Call Protect on your wireless device.

6. Begin the verification process within the AT&T Call Protect app, to add this feature to your account again.
