Voicemail

Phone calls coming in from a number that is not in my contact list goes straight to voicemail. How do I stop that?

We want to ask further questions, to see what the error may be:

Have you confirmed that call forwarding is turned off on your device?
- Get step by step help for call forwarding errors.
Are you using any blocking apps or AT&T Active Armor? This can cause unknown calls to be re-routed to your voicemail.
What's the make and model of your device? This will allow us to provide more device specific support.
