Voicemail

Hey there @Tneedshelp4, we'd be glad to look into why your voicemail greeting isn't set up on your device. 

First, let's confirm that your voicemail is set up properly by doing the following:

1. From your mobile phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Do one of the following:
   • For a new voicemail box—follow the prompts to create your password and greeting.
   • For an existing voicemail box—enter your password if prompted. Your voicemail greeting and messages will transfer over to your new phone.

Then, you'll need to proceed with setting up your new password and greeting if prompted:

1. From your wireless phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Select your language preference.
3. Create a 7 to 15-digit password.
4. Select your preferred greeting.
5. Listen to the brief voicemail tutorial.
