Visual Voicemail
Why does ATT continue to run customers in circles trying to set up Visual Voicemail? One thing that should be very clear. The Samsung S22 Ultra IS capable of visual voicemail. It is AT&T that does not support it on the S22U. They insinuate it is a problem with the phone, it is not.
I spent hours going in circles with your tech people and the last one finally confessed that it is an issue that AT&T does not want to address. This was back when the S22U was newly introduced. It looks like the same issue still exists, if I am wrong, show me and I will retract my statement happily!
In the interim, you continue to lie to customers, insinuating it is the phone that is not capable. You are wrong, a coworker on a different network uses his with no issue.
AT&T, fix the problem!

Yes I can understand keeping your service with T-Mobile I've had them in the past they are good my Xfinity Service is good as well and my phone was extremely useful prior to leaving Xfinity mobile and going on a friend's plan at AT&T because they had this deal going for you to be a new line and get an upgraded phone with a discount they don't tell you in advance that they have no selection for Samsung users and that they won't even offer to order you what you want from the manufacturer so I literally switched for nothing because I didn't end up with an upgraded phone like I said I did not like the 22 Ultra option that they had and they only had it in black no colors they didn't have the larger memory and I couldn't even go on Samsung's website and get it with an AT&T carrier to buy one geared to work with them as multiple people told me a phone from them would work with the visual voicemail and my problem was the fact that I had an unlocked phone they blatantly lied I'm contemplating switching back to Xfinity and speaking out verbally against AT&T and their lack of appreciation and dedication to their Samsung customers because I think that people should make us think about it and they should make the changes necessary to please us customers who want to use our Samsung phones to the fullest extent of their capabilities I don't think that's too much to ask especially at the prices of over $1,000 you're paying for phones nowadays! I don't even know if I can thank you enough for this post I was going insane worrying about this trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone what I could change how many times I reset and undid and restored my phone to try to fix this and the whole time it was their problem and you made sure someone out there could know that they were not crazy and that someone was me! Thank you thank you thank you thank you! None of those things just for the record in case anyone wants to mistake it not one of those things is to AT&T or their customer service or lack thereof.

Can I assume this is the info to set it up?
https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1009152/
And if you have a non carrier phone, have you asked Samsung for tech support?

I've had enough with this I have decided I'm going back to Xfinity mobile no more dealing with AT&T controlling my phone I'd like to use my phone's features and it doesn't stream as well as it used to either so that's a deal breaker for me no matter how you look at it I can't deal and I don't appreciate them not taking care of us Samsung lovers we have rights too! Looking forward to having all my features back in a few days thanks to one and only Xfinity mobile!

The only consistency with AT&T is inconsistency. I am not sure if I installed the right app, but here is my error message:

Thank you. That app is not even showing in my Google Play. The only Visual VM I can find is T-Mobile :-)
