Visual voicemail verification error
My Samsung S22 Ultra updated a few weeks ago ro One UI version 5.1 and the visual voicemail quit working. I've reset the connection, cleared the cache and data, restarted the phone numerous times. When I try to setup visual voicemail again it calls the voicemail box, I enter in my code and get the response from the robot operator and then the visual voicemail app says that it didn't receive verification. Any thoughts?

Hello, @Wkmm83! We are here to help get your Visual voicemail back working.
We recommend resetting your voicemail password online, as this is known to troubleshoot the voicemail feature. Go to my account overview>My wireless>My devices & add-ons>Manage my device>Device options & settings> Reset voicemail password.
Also, confirm your wireless coverage & signal strength, as your phone needs a wireless connection to receive calls, access voicemail, download Visual Voicemail messages.
