Visual Voicemail iPhone 7 Plus Prepaid Plan

I have sent a message regarding this but haven't received a response. I have seen a forum regarding this as well- my visual Voicemail is not working and hasn't been for quite some time now. When I go into voicemail is looks as though there are no voicemail messages. I also do not receive notification that a voicemail has been left. The only way I am able to access my voicemail is by actually calling my phone number. I have already restored the phone and reset the network settings- really every solution that was previously presented- I've tried, however it is still not working! ANY help at this point would be appreciated!

I am having the very same issue and have tried getting it fixed though ATT support without any success, do you have a fix?

No solution as of yet, sent private message and I am not waiting for a response. It might be best to private message support, fingers crossed they respond!
