usb tethering
I have a samsung s9, and I am trying to tether my phone to my MacBook Pro, and I have no luck. Does AT&T not allow it? I have the unlimited premium and all that jazz, mobile hotspot works fine, but its not what I want. Ive looked it up on google, and T-mobile and Verizon have guides on how to set itup, while AT&T has nothing. Sadly if this is the case, I may cancel my service, THANK YOU AT&T Next!

Yes they allow it, and if you can tether as a Wifi hotspot, it works. You have to change the settings on the computer to tether via USB, not Wifi.
