Unlock my phone
I put in for one of my phones to be unlocked. It was paid off over a year ago and is a newer model. Do not owe anything on the bill. Why is this taking so long? I requested this on 5/31. If it’s the system then should have been done immediately. I have been with AT&T since 2001. With the 10s of thousands I’ve paid then better service should be a thing. For the last few years, everything I’ve asked for is a hassle. I am going to cancel as soon as possible if this level of service does not improve. This is a business relationship which is I pay for something, it is provided. This unlocking is really important and waiting around for things to be done after the company says they will be done is really bad business.
