Unlock Fail

I have an iPhone 5s that's locked with at&t, the web page closed on me when I got the request number and didn't save the history. I'm trying to get an eSim on this device but it's locked and I can't. Any advice???

  • did you get the unlock code
  • when did you make the request
  • are you the original owner of the device
