Can send imessages, but not texts. We're on our home wifi and connected. It says "AT&T Wifi" at the top. But texts consistently fail to all phone numbers.
Complete (Edited per community guidelines). I have had this same issue at my house and where I work. Completely different networks, multiple different iPhone models, same exact issues.
@mrick39 Not sure what inappropriate word you used but are you disagreeing that there is no system wide issue? That’s fine, disagree all you want. All I’m saying is it is very unlikely ATT is doing anything because as I said, I have no issues sending texts over WiFi calling and based on the small number of complaints I’ve seen and knowing there are millions of iPhone users, I suspect most customers don’t either. So you tell me, why would ATT be working to fix an issue they don’t acknowledge even exists?
Well I’ve seen multiple posts here from people complaining and responses from AT&T reps so they know a problem exists.
@mrick39 Which means nothing as far as ATT working on a fix. Knowing that some customers have an issue is not acknowledgement the issue is on ATT’s side or that anything is being done to fix. Have you ever seen an ATT response indicating there was some issue on the ATT side they were working on? I know I haven’t. The ATT responses all tend to be the standard troubleshooting steps.

Also, there are no issues in receiving texts. The issue is 100% in sending texts to non-iMessage phones.

I guess the acronym “(Edited per community guidelines)” is too much for some here?
