Unable to re-enable WiFi Calling and Call Waiting on iPhone SE
Hi,
I have two issues:
1 — I have an iphone SE with latest ios10 version installed and after last update, I can no longer re-activate WiFi calling on my device when I toggle ON under the phone settings. I get an error message from AT&T saying something like "Oops it looks like there's a problem..." with Error Code EDS0008 at the end. What's this all about? Wi-fi calling works totally fine for the other two family members with iPhones on our joint account and it used to work fine on this phone (iPhone SE) before i updated about a month or two ago, so there seems to be an issue just with my phone model and at&t? Why can i know longer use WiFi calling?
2— I can't turn on Call Waiting as feature for toggling it on under phone Settings is grayed out (and off). (Strange because this is such a BASIC capability that all mobile phones have had the since the beginning, including landlines). Again, Call Waiting works fine for the 3 other cell users in our family account (2 iphones, 1 android)—except for me and my iPhone SE.
What's going on here? Any help? Please advise how to fix these two issues.
Thanks much!

Hello @Skadii!
Not having Wi-Fi calling on the iPhone SE is concerning. I use this feature from time to time so I understand how important calls via Wi-Fi are. I am more than willing to help with this today!
Please start by powering the phone off and on. Another thing to try is to soft reset the phone by pressing the home button and the Sleep/wake button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
If Wi-Fi calling still doesn’t work try the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. For best results Log in. After logging into your myAT&T Account select Apple and iPhone SE. Scroll down and select Phone calls. Click on Wi-Fi calling (domestic) to begin the troubleshooting process. Answer each question until the issue is resolved.
I hope you find this information helpful. Thank you and have a wonderful night!

Thanks for your response. I did as you suggested but to no avail so I then went to Fix Issues and proceeded though the steps you listed. The end message result from AT&T says:
"The Apple iPhone SE is not WiFi-Calling Capable".
I must say that I'm rather astonished IF this is the case!
I know from searching around that there were past issues when this phone was fIraq released but the issues have long since been resolved, according to Apple and other sources I've read. This seems to be an ATT issue, especially since my iPhone SE is definitely capable of wifi-calling otherwise I wouldn't have the option to turn it on/off on my phone and also because I personally know a couple other iPhone SE owners who are able to use WiFi-Calling without any issues.
Can you or anyone please look into this and explain where I should go from here? I'm confused as what to believe or do.
Thanks!
