Secure Family - Sign In Error

I have added this feature to my plan, in trial right now. 
 
Sign In Error pop up shows immediately after I tried to sign in. Ask me to try again later. 
I have tried this app on other phone, install/uninstall, restart the phone. Nothing seems to let me log in.

Have you made sure that you're using the Secure Family app, and not the Secure Family Companion app? You can visit our Secure Family User Guide for additional assistance. This guide goes over how to sign into the feature, which phones are compatible, and how to navigate the settings. These particular instructions are all listed at the top. Once you click on one of them, it'll take you to a different page with a more in-depth presentation of the information.
