Samsung Messages Chatbot

When I try to access the built-in chatbots in the default messaging app on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, I receive an error message stating "There was a problem connecting. Try again later".  Anyone else having this issue?

Please provide some additional information for us. Is this issue recent, or has this happened before? Is your device up to date with the latest software? Any additional information will help us determine what's going on.

 

You can also use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for basic troubleshooting. Once you sign in/select your device, choose Messaging beneath Service/network issues. Follow the instructions, and see if this helps.
