S22 ultra slow on home wifi

Why does my s22 ultra and my wife's s22 run slow on nighthawk mr60 router connected to pace gateway? Nighthawk tests to 900 to 1.2ghz. All other devices work well. Not or S22s.

We recommend Checking for software updates. If there is any update available, follow the prompts to update your S22 Ultra.

 

We also recommend visiting our Wireless Support page for personalized troubleshooting steps. Scroll down to Fix My Wireless > Connection > Service quality & speed > then follow the prompts.

No new updates on s22 as if 12/8/22. No new updates on router.

We have some troubleshooting tips we do recommend trying to see if it helps with your connectivity. 

 

Let's start by power cycling your S22. Press and hold the Volume down and Side buttons, then select Power off > Power off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Side button until the screen lights up.

 

This is known to help refresh your devices and help with connectivity concerns. 

 

If you do not notice a difference. You can try resetting your nighthawk and resetting your network connection on your S22. 

 

Resetting network connection on your S22: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.

 

To reset your nighthawk router, you may visit our Device Support page and select your device or may need to contact Nighthawk Support for additional assistance. 

 

After that, try reconnecting your device and let us know how it goes.

I have an S22 Ultra. The volume down button is on the side with the other 2 buttons. Please be more clear

Power cycled didn't work. Pulled the Sim and inserted it back- didn't work. 

I'll check the nighthawk🙄 I tried a text with and attaching a gif. It swirled and swirled until I turned off wifi. The gifs popped right up. 

But thank you for your assistance.
