Remove ActiveArmor from IOS
ActiveArmor is currently blocking important calls. I would like to completely remove from my iPhone but can't find a way to do it anywhere. I understand that just deleting the app doesn't work. Please help.

Unfortunately, this doesn't help. In the ActiveArmor app I don't see an "Account" option under Settings. I only see "Profile", "Subscription", "Get Help", "Send Apps...". If I click through on "Subscription" it just tells me to visit myAT&T or call 611 to manage my service or to opt-out of this feature which leads to further dead ends.

@OKengineer
It is under Subscription. There you can remove your subscription.

As I stated, no links exist if I click through on Subscription. It just tells me to visit myAT&T or call 611 to “manage your service” which again just leads to more dead ends.

(Edited per community guidelines), just reading through this thread further frustrates me. I’m trying to do the same exact thing and I can’t figure it out.
Called AT&T and spoke to several different agents and no one can figure it out either. Did you ever fix this issue?

I actually never fixed the issue. I managed to change the settings to allow everything through so I wouldn’t miss calls. I had contractors working on my house whose calls to me were getting blocked. ActiveArmor still lurks somewhere on my phone like an unwanted parasite.

If you don’t mind me asking. What things did you change to allow calls again?

My current settings under “calls” are below. I just kept asking the guy getting blocked to call me every time I fiddled with the settings. It was quite embarrassing.
