"Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later." iPhone X Unlock
Hi, I've been trying to unlock my iPhone X which was paid in full without a contract but kept running into error messages as:
"Oops! Looks like we're having network difficulties. Try again later."
I've tried with different browsers with cookies cleared for a month but still ran into the same problem.
Could someone please help me with this?

Hello, @huyc09,
We'd love to help with this. Take a look at things to know about unlocking your device with AT&T. It includes a list of requirements to unlock your device. Did you use AT&T as your carrier for sixty days on a postpaid account or for six months on a prepaid account? There are other requirements, too. See if the device qualifies and let us know.

Hi James,
I was in a postpaid mobile share plan for 4+ years. The iPhone X was purchased on its initial release without a contract and I used it on AT&T for about a year before I switched my carrier. I did check the requirements in your posted link and have confirmed that my iPhone X should have met all necessary requirements to be unlocked. I would be greatly appreciated if you could help me as the unlock portal never seemed to work for me.
Thanks a lot!

Hi, @huyc09,
When you stopped using AT&T as the carrier for your iPhone X and switched, who did you switch to? If the device was used on another carrier, they would be the one's who would need to unlock it from their service.

Hi James,
When I stopped using AT&T and switch to T-Mobile, I noticed that I couldn't use their sim card on my iPhone X, which means the iPhone X is locked to AT&T (It's purchased from att.com).
Right now I'm using my old phone on T-Mobile and couldn't get the AT&T locked iPhone X to work with my current sim, which is really painful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @huyc09,
Let's see what can be done about unlocking your iPhone. To do this, we'll need to some account information.
We are sending you a private message (PM) to help in this matter. Please check your forums private messages by clicking the Forums Inbox. Locate the PM from ATTCares and reply to the message with your specific account details.
