On Cingular Flip 4 What Is The Circled Number Next To AT&T On Top Left Of Main Screen
When you open the "AT&T Cingular Flip 4" phone, there is an encircled number, on the top left of the [Main Screen], right next to the AT&T logo. Mine is at 2, but it doesn't seem to have a relationship to neither [Text Messages] or calls in the [Call Log]. What is it? The online manual doesn't even show it in their picture on page 6.

We are here to help with the notification icon you have on your Cingular Flip Iv @JimmyJJames.
You can learn about the notification icons that come standard on your device on page 16 of your user manual. Your notifications appear at the left side of the status bar, and phone status icons appear at the right side. If you are seeing an icon that is not standard to your device, then this means it is coming from an app that has been installed on your device.
You will then need to navigate through the apps on your device until you have found which app is notifying you.
