Numbersync keeps disconnecting

I have a S8 plus and a gear S3. Have had them about a year now. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with but I recently changed my plan from plus to choice. The day after my number sync keeps disconnecting randomly. I have to turn it back on thru the watch settings and it will stay on for a few hours. I have to reset it several times a day and every morning when I wake up. It's becoming a hassle. Yes, I've factory reset the watch.

Thank you for joining the Community Forums.  I am sorry about the issues you are experiencing with Numbersync.  I appreciate the preemptive steps to resolve it.  I have some resources which may help fix this problem.


We have an excellent eSupport article to learn about resolving syncing issues when attempting to sync your wearable device.  I also recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool.  It can diagnose, identify, and fix issues with your service, and devices.  It is available both online, and on your myAT&T App.

Same issue.. It works for a while and a message pops up saying numbersync will be disabled. Did a factory reset and the same cycle. This started off recently about 10 days back.. Was an user for almost an year and it worked flawless. But now, I hate it..20180502_114141.jpg
