Nothing but lies and letdowns!!!

NOT only 1 but 2 times we participated on a BOGO sale, walked out of the store w our phones both times only to find out we were paying monthly installment payments for our free phones. We called multiple times and even went back to the store. Everytime we were told they had fixed it and would be getting a credit on our bill for all these charges and installment payments. We never seen a dime of credit back on our bill and honestly do not have the time to spend another entire days(s) on phone or in a store talking to customer service only to have them tell us lies after lies w no concern or care how very wrong this is to do to ANY of their customers! We have 5 children and a military family. My husband recently had to be medically retired after 19 yrs of service, 2 (18 month) tours to Iraq that got him injured badly which resulted in 17 surgeries (so far). He was on the E8 list but wasn’t able to get pinned the rank due to having to retire early. Sorry for such a ramble but anyone who knows the average of what an enlisted soldier who gets medically retired (thankful he at least is classified as being well over 100%) from the military gets for disability knows it’s not a lot so we do live paycheck to paycheck so I am forever looking for deals and coupons to help us save in hopes to afford to get them something for their bdays and holidays(the first bogo was for our oldest daughter’s 16th bday(which is the 24th of Nov. so falls on Thanksgiving every 4 yrs and between the holidays every year and we couldn’t afford to give her anything for her sweet 16th & the bogo sale was a way we thought we could give her a nice gift we could afford)Again I sincerely apologize for such a long post but Thankyou for taking the time to read it and needless to say as soon as we can get phones paid off, we will be leaving at&t who we’ve been with for 15 plus years and hopefully finding a company who is about doing right by their customers instead of scamming them. I hope and pray NOBODY finds themselves in a similar situation as ours no matter what cellphone company they choose!! God Bless and Much Love♥️

Just to be clear.  All carriers charge you for the installments on BOTH phones.  If you added the required services and followed the requirements, then you get credits on the new line with the free/discounted phone in 3 months.  

Details are on the sales pages.  

    If you did not add a line for your 16 year old’s phone, you failed to meet requirements.
