We understand the impact of your calls not going to your voicemail, @Ledabae.

We want to turn your experience around. It looks like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting on your end.

Our first recommendation would be performing a device reset

If you are still having issues with your device, you may need to do a factory data reset (master reset). This will reset all settings to their defaults and erase all data stored on iPhone, including your contacts, messages, and music.

Please make sure that you back up you data and erase all content settings

1. From the home screen select the Settings app.

2. Select General, then scroll to and select Transfer or Reset iPhone.

3. Select Erase All Content and Settings to reset device, then select Continue.

4. Select Skip Backup to continue without backing up your device

5. Enter your Apple ID Password. Select Turn Off then select Erase iPhone.

Our second recommendation would be to replace your SIM card. Typically, dust and debris can cause signal disruptions.

We just have a few quick questions:

* What is the make and model of your device?

* Which Unlimited plan is your device currently on?

* What your ZIP code?

We're asking because we want to provide you with precise troubleshooting for that specific phone and we can check your nearby cell towers for any cellular interferance.

Please let us know how this helps and we can continue offering more support. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
