Iphone 13 pro stopped allowing CALL FORWARDING

IPHONE 13 Pro was allowing Call Forwarding 2 days ago and now when trying to select the feature, the astrik just spins. I am on 16.0.3 and on my Iphone 11 that is on 16.0.2 the feature works fine.

Apple says the phone is working fine, AT&T put in new SIM card, while I was at the corporate store, the people at the store were seeing the same issue.

Very frustrating..............

We understand the importance of being able to use the Call Forwarding feature on your Apple device, @RMCGAHEE. We're here to help with a solution.

Thanks for sharing the steps you've taken so far to get this resolved. We have one other thing we'd like to recommend:

Use an MMI code to enable Call Forwarding on your device:

  1. Dial *21*, followed by the 10-digit number you wish to forward the calls to, then dial #. For example, *21*1235556789# forwards your call to 123.555.6789.
  2. Push the CallSendTalk, or Receiver icon.
  3. Your wireless phone displays a confirmation message when Call Forwarding activates.

*For your security, you can only change your Call Forwarding settings from your wireless phone.

When making changes to your service, like enabling Call Forwarding, a reset is needed. Follow these steps to perform a network reset:

  1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
  2. The settings section will open, scroll down until you see General and select it.
  3. From the general screen, scroll down until you see the reset option. Select Reset.
  4. You will be taken to the reset screen. Select Reset Network Settings.
  5. If your phone is password-protected, enter your code.  You will be taken to a new screen to re-confirm the network reset. Tap on Reset Network Settings and your phone will reset.

Please let us know how this works for you! We can bring you into private to check on things from our end, if needed!
