International day pass removal

I was away for the weekend and set up international day pass for 3 days...I'm still being billed...How do I remove it

Hello, @kukla77. This is not the experience we want you to have. However, once added, the International Day Pass will stay on your line until it is removed. 


You can manage your add-ons through myAT&T

  1. Log onto myAT&T through the app or online. 
  2. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  3. Scroll to My devices, choose the line you want to manage, and select Manage add-ons.
  4. Select the add-on you want to change or remove from My add-ons.
  5. Follow the prompts to update your add-on.

You may also remove the add-on by contacting us at 877-804-1262. Give these a try, and let us know how this worked for you!
