I submitted 2 unlock requests, but received only 1 email.
Our phones are together in a family account.
I submitted the request for the secondary phone first, and then submitted the request for the primary phone.
The website gave the same answers to both submissions, including a request number for each submission.
I got an email answering the submission for the secondary phone. Subject is AT&T Order Status. The email says that the request is approved (yeah :), and gives instructions for how to swap out the SIM card.
However, I did not get any email answering the submission for the primary phone.
And I did not get any texts answering either of the submissions. (I did get a text with a security code just to sign in to my account at att.com, but that's unrelated.)
How can I make sure that AT&T received the request to unlock the primary phone?
It's only been maybe 15 minutes, but it seems odd that one request would be approved so soon, and AT&T would not text or email about the other request at all.
Thanks,
Allison

It’s an automated system. Just because you got a response from one in 15 minutes doesn’t mean anything for other requests. Check your spam and trash folders to be sure but otherwise, give it time.
