I need to remove at&t call protect from my unlocked phone

We are here to help you remove Call Protect from your unlocked device, @rickygoodman59.

You have the option to opt-out of the Call Protect app through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), att.com/myatt, or myAT&T app in the Account menu:

•  Account > Manage Device > Add-Ons > See all add-ons > My add-ons > AT&T Mobile Security > See options > Opt out of AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect > Let’s Review > Read and accept Ts&Cs.

You may also remove the app from your device by pressing down on the app until you are prompted an option to delete. You may use our Device Support for personalized steps on how to remove apps from your device by selecting the make and model.

Please keep in mind that we will no longer be offering Call Protect. You will want to download ActiveArmor mobile security as to help stay protected. ActiveArmor mobile security offers the same features as Call Protect plus more.
