How do I un-flag a personal number in Call Protect app?
My daughter’s number is coming up as a “flagged” number, “Threat: Severe”.
How can I un-flag her number or tell the system it’s an OK number?
I’m using the free version of Call Protect and the mobile app.

Good afternoon Marcwallis,
We'd be glad to assist you. When you receive a notification about a number being blocked, tap the notification to open the app. From the call details screen you will be able to select "Unblock" to prevent the number from being restricted. Check out this AT&T Call Protect app support article for more information . Thanks for reaching out to us.

This is NOT a solution since this telnum is not "blocked" it is "flagged". There is no way to "Un-flag" a number..... I have the exact same issue and have found NO WAY to un-flag a number..... I have called AT&T support multiple times, have opened 2 different support tickets that have been closed by AT&T without resolving the actual issue. AT&T must correct this or I will have to remove the app and spread this info throughout social media.

This is NOT a solution for "un-flagging" a valid number, which is in my Address Book. I read the information in the link provided, and it does not address "Flagged" numbers. It should not have been selected as a solution by the initial person for this post.

Solution: Open Call Protect app and click on the number you want to fix. Click "Report" and then report as "Not Spam". Then in Call Protect app delete all call history. Download Hiya App and set it up. Make sure to click "allow contacts". Then have the person call you and see if it worked by checking in the Call Protect app call history. This solution worked for me...... I have been working on this for a year straight now. I can finally go back to a normal life.

My mother's number suddenly started being flagged as spam risk and would go straight to voicemail. Not good when I am her caretaker! I was able to fix the issue by selecting her number in the log, select [report], then select [not spam] and enter comment. Was corrected immediately.

AT&T, you are terrible with this application.
