Hotspot Help : ATTWIFI MANAGER PASSWORD RESET

I HAVE A MOBILE HOTSOT ONLY AND I CANNOT GET INTO MY ATTWIFIMANAGER ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT THE SAME FOR MY REGULAR ACCOUNT ATT ACCOUNT PASSWOED HOW DO I RESET IT

We can definitely help you use AT&T Wi-Fi Manager, @Helpdesk8

You're correct -  AT&T Wi-Fi Manager is not the same as myAT&T. The default login is attadmin. If you changed it, you'll need to do an alternate factory reset of your mobile hotspot, and use attadmin to get in. 

AT&T Device Support it a great place to get the step-by-steps needed to perform the reset and will save you time vs. speaking with a support agent by phone. Simply confirm your device make/model, then search reset to get started.

Netgear MR1100 did a factory reset / I cant login on attwifimanager to get it set back
