Facetime
I was on the $60 a month plan which enabled me to use Facetime without being connected to wifi. I switched to the cheaper plan and relised I could not do this anymore so today I switched back to the 60 plan. It now says that my cellular data plan is not eligible to facetime without wifi connection!!!

Power cycle your phone so that it reconnects to the AT&T servers.

You've posted to a thread from 7 years ago (2015). Please post to a current relevant thread or create your own if needed.
In this context, power cycling your phone means turning it off for about a minute and back on again. However, a true power cycle would be removing the battery (which less phones these days allow you to as it is sealed) as a full power drain can clear residual memory that may be an issue.
