Excellent Customer Service

I would like to say that the ATT store on college road in Ocala FL took very good care of me. The Manager Kim was very polite, professional and went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. I had written a review about a situation I had encountered and ATT contacted me and resolved my issue.  A lot of times we want to just vent and say the bad things about a company but we don't want to take the tine to say the good things and I'm here to change that. ATT is by far the best wireless company they hear you out and will work with you, you just have to give them a chance to make it right.

I do highly recommend this company they will take carebof you if you give them a chance to work on your behalf.
