We appreciate you reaching out to our Community Forums regarding your e-mail issue! I’m sorry to hear they are not downloading properly. I can help you with this!

 

If your e-mail is not downloading properly, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Depending on the phone model, it could be the sync setting inside the e-mail account. If you are able to get into the e-mail account, go into Settings and check for the Sync options. Make sure it is set to your needs, such as manual, automatic, etc.

 

You can also trying removing the e-mail account from your phone, and re-adding it. This will essentially cause the e-mail app being used to restart, which should cause it to function properly.
