Indeed - eloquently said! I appreciate your venting, it said what countless AT&T customers say. Other's posts echoing the same frustrations suggest switching carriers; unfortunately, an independent company's local rating ranks ATT best in the area - yikes - so we're at their mercy. A couple weeks ago they were court-ordered to pay certain customers $60 million for misrepresenting their claim of unlimited data. I wish the judgement would have included at least the same amount to install towers in the areas they've degraded towers to not even support 2G (a desperation speed for data use at all) and will soon be degrading their towers further to disable 3G because 5G is coming - city population 120K and fast-growing and we still don't get 4G - how does that help the existing customers?

ATT, I wish your business practices and ethics would correspond to the cost per month and your service would match your marketing.

i have dropped calls and weak signal in and out of my house - i've have contacted customer service and was told it would be investigated - same thing for months - i am not happy with my service

why I have more dropped calls and weak signal almost daily - i have reported this previously and never got a reply or update.

I had good service until about a month or so but lately my wireless service (Edited per community guidelines). I usually have only 1 or 2 bars. I constantly get error messages “ Safari cannot open the page because the signal cannot be found”. Pages load very slow. I am constantly having to turn off my phone and rebooting because pages and pictures aren’t loading. What is going on? I got a letter from AT&T stating we’ve been upgraded to “Internet 25” which is supposed to be faster but it definitely is not helping my phone, IPhone 10.

i am in the middle of town in Tuscaloosa AL. I have 1 bar. I powered off for 5 minutes amd still one bar. daya wont load, calls are being dtopped. i cannot do business. please fix this ATT
