Changing Caller ID
Caller ID has been set up for all users on the business account, but the main account holder's name comes up on the caller ID instead of what is noted online on the account for individual users. Can this be corrected?

This is still an open item. I tested the caller ID today with one of the users and it still comes up with the main account holder's name, not the user.

Hi Charlene, Chris said he updated all the caller ID's on the business account on 2/28, but they still show up as the main account holder rather than the individuals.
