Can get Visual voicemail on my Sony Xperia X running Andoid 7.0 with My Go Phone Service.

I know it's an un-common phone in the US but I like it and I travel over seas fairly often so it works well for me. Just would like a better way to manage my voicemails when home on the AT&T network. I'm on the $45 per month Go Phone plan which works out very well for me for voice, data and texting to over seas numbers ocasionally.

Hi there @Dj_Dave,

I use visual voicemail on my phone every day and it’s extremely convenient so I understand the importance. The quickest way to get visual voicemail setup on your device is using your myAT&T app or myAT&T online account.

Once you login to your online account follow these steps:

Go to My Wireless Services.
Select the device for which you want to manage.
Under Manage my current features section, select the feature you’d like to manage.
Select the feature you’d like to change to OR select Remove this feature.
Follow the prompts to complete your change.
Repeat steps to change or remove features for another device.
