Caller ID availibility in countries where AT&T operates

ATT does not provide service when you are roaming out of the country. Service is from whatever carrier you are roaming on, so you get whatever caller id service they provide.

Okay, it's clear, but for example if I'm AT&S's India/Brazil/France (or any other country where AT&T provide its services) branch client, will it work there?

at&t only provides service in the US 

Wait a minute, but what does this page from AT&T's official website mean - https://www.corp.att.com/worldwide/att-around-the-world/ ? If I understand infromation provided there, AT&T provides its services outside the US, or it means something different?
