You need to call and ask for detailed billing reprints. They will send you paper copies at 5 dollars per month. 

Thanks very much. $5 a copy seems a bit absurd; they practically beg you to switch to paperless bill and then gouge you when you need a hard copy. What kind of customer service is that?

You can download call, data, and text records along with your bill each month while on paperless billing.
