Browser Trouble on my Smart Devices - Help from the AT&T Community

Learn how to improve your browser performs on your phone

 

Just like your personal computer, your phone's browser is subject to the same issues like:

  • Slow browsing
  • Images not loading
  • Broken Pages
  • Passwords not working
  • And more

To quickly resolve these issues, try the following:

 

Close all browser tabs

Clear Cache & Cookies

Update your browser

Try another browser

You may not notice this, but you may have 1-50 tabs open. This can negatively impact your experience. Closing them may help.

This can help resolve loading issues and password-related trouble.

Some sites require the latest version to load some web pages. Without the latest update, some features may not work.

Sometimes the browser itself is the cause and not the connection or the device. Testing another browser is a good first step.
