ATT Next Up

How do I cancel the ATT Next Up $5/month charge? It doesn't show on "manage devices" but I am being charged for it (and I never selected it.)

If it’s been longer than 14 days since you bought your phone, you can remove the AT&T Next Up upgrade feature from your installment plan by going to your myATT account overview (login required) and selecting See my bill. Select Manage installment plan under Billing & payment options (you may have to scroll).
