Att is a terrible company
I recently returned a damaged phone in Sept 2023. Att said they never got it and charged me the fee of 220. And told me my insurance was going to go up bc I was high risk now. I have never NOT returned a damaged phone. I've been with them for 17 years. Not anymore! A muti billion company is not going to scam me for 220. They package has showed in Transit since Sept 8 2023. I mailed your broke phone. If att can't chalk up 200 for a customer who has always paid they're bill and always returned any device that was suppose to be returned. They can rip someone else off!
