Allowing certain numbers in Call Protect
I use the Active Shield/Call Protect app on my Android phone. How do I allow certain numbers to ring through that are identified by the app as Spam/Nuisance so that I can receive the call? I have made the number a Contact, but calls are still being sent directly to voice mail.

Let us help you manage the calls that are being blocked through your ActiveArmor app, @Markr1954.
If the app is inadvertently blocking wanted calls; you'll need to adjust your settings in AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security and make sure the number isn't listed on your personal block list.
You can also submit a request to have the number removed from the spam list.

I resolved it by allowing Spam calls instead of sending it to voicemail. I was looking for this setting in the wrong place, as it turns out!
