Advance messaging not working.

Since the last up date in October, my samsung galaxy s9+ and wifes s8+ doesn't  show send, recieve, or read when texting. We have checked the setting for advance messaging. Restarted our phones. Clear the cache and data. Deleted all text messages. Need help cuase this is a pain.

Yes both phones are att. 

Both phones stopped saying read or delivered. No errors. Its acting like the advanced messaging has been shut off. Plus the quality of videos sent has dropped drastically
