ActiveArmour very slow to show recent calls

Inbound calls take hours and sometimes days to appear in ActiveArmor call log, so I can't report them immediately.  How can I make them appear more quickly?  App and iPhone are both fully updated and I have tried restarting iPhone.

Hello @posixusa, Thank you for reaching out! Allow us to assist.

ActiveArmor mobile security is a free benefit available to all AT&T wireless postpaid and prepaid lines. You'll want to check out how to get our free mobile app that gives you the protection you need to help secure your data, block spam calls, and more.

You may need to clear some settings in order to access the app features:

  1. Tap Settings then Application manager/Apps.
  2. Scroll to the All section and tap Google Services. (It may say Google Services Framework, Google Connectivity Services, or Google Play Services.)
  3. Tap Clear Data and then Force Stop.
  4. Go back to the list of apps under your device settings and select Google Play Store.
  5. Tap Clear Data, then Force Stop.
  6. Turn your phone off and back on. (This is important!)
  7. Open the Play Store and try updating the AT&T Active Armor mobile security app again.

If the ActiveArmor mobile security app doesn’t update properly from the App Store, try this:

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap General.
  2. Tap Software Update and make sure you have the latest version. If you don’t, update it now.
  3. Close settings and open the App Store.
  4. Tap Updates, and select Update next to AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app.

It generally slows down due to device softare issue such as: Uncleared cache, RAM storage, & software not updated.

Hello, I followed your steps, and unfortunately they didn't help the problem.  However, I later upgraded to IOS 17.1.1 and now it's working much better although there is still often up to 30 seconds delay before I can see the recent calls.

Hi @posixusa. We understand your situation.

Thank you for letting us know that you have tried all the steps and after the software update it is working fine.
The recent update of android version 17.1.1 might take 24-48 hours to fix all the apps. Feel free to reach out to u for further help.

Happy to help!

I usually get the notification immediately, but then have to go into the app and pull down on the call log to get it to refresh.

Hi Susan,

I think you misread my reply.  I didn't update the IOS on my phone because it was already fully updated.  Instead, I upgraded it to IOS 17, and the version available was 17.1.1.
