We are here to help you with setting up ActiveArmor, @Christy_jones.
We understand how important it is to set up ActiveArmor to stay protected! ActiveArmor mobile security app to help block spam calls, secure your personal data & more.
When setting up ActiveArmor, you want to check for any updates.
You may want to uninstall the ActiveArmor mobile secuirty app, then reinstall and see if you are able to complete the set up.
Are you on the ActiveArmor Advanced mobile security? If so, ActiveArmor advanced mobile security users can also set up Identity Monitoring. Get alerts and helpful tips if your info is found on the dark web. You can monitor email addresses, phone numbers, medical IDs, and unique IDs like your passport or driver’s license.
Lastly, what error are you getting after you click on My Identity? This will help us determine our next steps.
We look forward to your response, so we can help get to the bottom of this.

The app will not allow for any updates in the My identity section. Can't add an email clicking on it and it does nothing. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and it still is not working. Please help

I have the latest IOS version 16.2 loaded on my phone.
I am trying to turn on WiFi alerts, but the ActiveArmor app will not let me. Here is the screen sequence I am following to attempt this...
AT&T Active Armor Home Screen > Network > Wi-Fi Alerts (note says "Notification permissions needed").
Details:
I try to turn on WiFi alerts and get a pop-up stating "Permissions needed - To use this feature, turn on notifications for AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security in OS settings". I click on the provided 'settings' button, and it takes me to the ActiveArmor section of Settings. However, there is no place there to turn on notifications. So I back up one screen to the Notifications section of Settings. I scroll down looking for ActiveArmor in the list, but it isn't there.

On my iPhone, When I go to "Settings", I scroll down to where the apps are listed and find "Active Armor". Under there is a tab for "Notifications". There you can "Allow Notifications".

I go there but find no tab for notifications (see added screenshot below). I'm wondering if I need to completely delete/deinstall the predecessor to this ActiveArmor app, that being Call Protect. Notifications are allowed for that app but don't seem to have any bearing on my ability to turn on wifi alerts in ActiveArmor.
