ActiveArmor won’t allow me to setup

I can click on my identity but it won’t allow me to add any numbers or email addresses or my dl number

We understand how important it is to set up ActiveArmor to stay protected! ActiveArmor mobile security app to help block spam calls, secure your personal data & more.

 

When setting up ActiveArmor, you want to check for any updates

  • For Apple: Go to your App Store > search for ActiveArmor mobile security > select Update.
  • For Android: Go to your Play Store > search for ActiveArmor mobile security > select Update. 

You may want to uninstall the ActiveArmor mobile secuirty app, then reinstall and see if you are able to complete the set up. 

 

Are you on the ActiveArmor Advanced mobile security? If so, ActiveArmor advanced mobile security users can also set up Identity Monitoring. Get alerts and helpful tips if your info is found on the dark web. You can monitor email addresses, phone numbers, medical IDs, and unique IDs like your passport or driver’s license.

 

Lastly, what error are you getting after you click on My Identity? This will help us determine our next steps.
