Have you checked to see if they're blocked? ActiveArmor blocks calls based on user reports, however you can alter which types of calls are blocked. Just follow these steps to change your call preferences:
1. From the ActiveArmor app, select Calls. 2. Go to Network call preferences. 3. Choose one of the following selections:
-Block caller: You can block calls from your call log, contact list, or manually. -Fraud calls: This is automatically set to Block, however you can choose to flag these calls or send to voicemail. -Nuisance calls: This is automatically set to Enabled, however you can choose to flag, block, or send to voicemail. -Unknown callers: This is automatically set to Allowed, however you can choose to send to voicemail.
You can also check out some troubleshooting steps to fix the ActiveArmor app, as this can help make sure your settings stay applied and calls aren't being incorrectly blocked.
