Active Armor Possibly Interfering with Link to Windows connectivity?

I have Phone Link installed on my Surface laptop (running Windows 11 Home) and Link to Windows installed on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (current on software updates and app version).  Both are connected to my home wifi, but they won't communicate with each other.  I have confirmed that my router does not have "AP Isolation" enabled...that is not the issue.  I suspect that Active Armor is somehow masking my wifi connection (e.g. VPN or something?) such that the two devices are not "seeing" each other.  What settings can I check on either or both devices?  This was all working fine 6 months ago, but I really don't know how long ago it is that it stopped working or what may have contributed to it.

Hello rxjorda, we're here to help you with the ActiveArmor app.

You may have to clear more settings in order to access the app features:

  1. Tap Settings then Application manager/Apps.
  2. Scroll to the All section and tap Google Services. (It may say Google Services Framework, Google Connectivity Services, or Google Play Services.)
  3. Tap Clear Data and then Force Stop.
  4. Go back to the list of apps under your device settings and select Google Play Store.
  5. Tap Clear Data, then Force Stop.
  6. Turn your phone off and back on. (This is important!)
  7. Open the Play Store and try updating the AT&T Active Armor mobile security app again.
